Dear User, we hereby inform you that, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/279 (hereinafter also the GDPR) and the national legislation in force CRAI SECOM SPA (hereinafter also: CRAI), with headquarters in Segrate (MILAN), Centro Direzionale Milano 2 – Palazzo Canova 6th floor – Strada di Olgia Vecchia, VAT number: 12641600155, as Data Controller, will process data provided by you, in compliance with the current legislation governing personal data processing protection.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The website www.piaceri-italiani.it provides commercial and institutional information regarding CRAI.

  • By entering name, surname and address (telephone/e-mail), Users can access the following “Sections” of the Site:
    • “Contacts” section, to request information on the services provided and products/solutions marketed directly by CRAI SECOM SPA, and to submit reports of any kind.

Users acknowledge and agree that the services are provided on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and that the commercial offers/information relating to a Point of Sale are pertinent only to that Point of Sale, and do levy any liability upon CRAI or any third parties.

The services are completely free. The Internet connection is the responsibility of Users under the conditions entered into between them and service providers.

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA:

The data you provide are processed with IT tools. Subject to the Users’ consent, data may be transferred to member companies and/or investee companies of CRAI SECOM SPA. Data may also be transferred to subjects/companies listed on www.piaceri-italiani.it, which technically manage and maintain the system and the data processing equipment, as well as the security equipment, or, as expressly indicated, specific data processing activities for marketing purposes conducted on behalf of the Data Controller, or of third-party suppliers/contractors of goods or services provided to the Data Controller, if applicable, in the capacity of Data Processors.

The companies and/or third parties who receive data are also required to comply with the data processing and storage requirements provided for by the GDPR and by the national legislation in force, to use the data for the intended purposes, and to put in place suitable security measures. To this end, the subjects will issue a certificate of conformity of data processing, which guarantees processing for the intended purposes, as well as compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and the national legislation in force, and the adoption of suitable IT and organisational security measures.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The data you provide in the “Contacts” section are processed to fulfill requests for information on the services provided and products/solutions marketed directly by CRAI SECOM SPA, and to submit reports of any kind. Data provision is optional, but any refusal to provide them will make it impossible to use the form located in the “Contacts” section.

DATA STORAGE TIMES:

The data you provide in the “Contacts” section will be stored by CRAI SECOM SPA until the service has been provided (“storage limitation principle”), Article 5 of the GDPR 2016/679), or according to the deadlines set by the law.

The subjects/companies who receive data must also comply with the storage times and to implement suitable anonymisation and automatic deletion mechanisms.

DATA DISSEMINATION

The Data will be made available to employees of the Marketing and Market Analysis Department, the Administrative and Accounting Departments, the IT Department, the Legal Affairs area, as well as to Data Processors, as it pertains to activities entrusted to them.

YOUR RIGHTS (CHAPTER III OF THE GDPR AND NATIONAL LAW).

Dear User, we hereby inform you that as Site User, you have the right: to obtain confirmation that your data have been retained and how they have been processed; to receive them in an intelligible form; and to know: a) origin of personal data; b) purposes and methods of processing; c) logic used in case of processing performed by electronic tools; d) subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be provided, as well as data processors and persons in charge. You also have the right: e) to have your data updated, amended or, as warranted, supplemented; f) to have your data deleted and/or anonymised, and to limit or block data processed in violation of the law; g) to receive official confirmation that the operations referred to in letters e) and f) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their contents, of subjects/companies that have received your data, except in the case in which compliance with this requirement is impossible or involves the use of means that are disproportionate to the right to be protected.

Finally, you have the right: h) to data portability; i) to lodge a complaint with the Data Processing Protection Authority, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the law; l) to obtain from the Data Controller information relating to the processing of your data (right to access); m) to withdraw consent to data processing; n) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; o) to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or commercial communication (direct marketing) or for conducting market research.
