Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is prepared using cooked grape must, the most refined and characteristic type, selected according to criteria that promote the most typical, unique aspects of Modena’s tradition. In the same way, wine vinegar, strictly from within the country, is chosen according to strict quality requirements and then mixed with the must, until the established parameters for density and acidity are achieved.
Stewed fruit, red berries, spices, cooked grape must, wood, liquorice, pepper… perfumes and aromas that satisfy the senses and make a lasting impression on the nose and the palate, with a harmonious mix of acidity and sweetness.
