No juice, pulp, puree or concentrate, and no semi-finished products. To produce our Marmalades and Jams we use fresh fruit and citrus fruits delivered from farms in Sicily, rigorously selected in order to choose and process the best freshly-picked fruit.
This way it is possible to keep the fruit’s fragrance, flavour and sensory qualities intact, ensuring maximum safety and a high quality standard, certified internationally and guaranteed by consortiums.
Our Sicilian Blood Orange I.G.P. Marmalade is prepared with Moro, Tarocco and Sanguinello oranges, the famous blood oranges, typical of the Catania Plain; our Piaceri Italiani Siracusa Lemon I.G.P. Marmalade is made with perfumed lemons of the Femminello variety, typical of the “gardens” of the Siracusa area; while to prepare our Extra Jam with “Etna Prickly Pears D.O.P.” we use prickly pears, of the sweet red variety, which grow in the lava-covered territories that are made fertile by the rich minerals of Mount Etna. Our Piaceri Italiani Extra Jam with Bivona Peach I.G.P. contains a late ripening peach with white flesh, with a sweet, velvety taste, picked only in the 14 municipalities included in the IGP regulations.

Ideal for spreading on slices of toast, unbeatable as a filling for cakes and tarts, muffins and pancakes.
