Our Piaceri Italiani Fresh Asiago DOP is a semi-cooked cheese, produced using pasteurised full-fat cow’s milk, and characterised by its typical pronounced, irregular holes. You can appreciate its flavour, which starts sweet and lightly acidic, and gradually becomes softer and more persistent as it matures, always retaining its aroma of freshly collected milk.
Our Fontina DOP is a simple, natural cheese, produced exclusively in the Aosta Valley with raw milk, freshly collected from Valdostana breed cows, and matured in caves dug out from the mountain for a minimum of 80 days. Piaceri Italiani Fontina DOP stands out for its soft, elastic consistency, melting and intensely perfumed, which you will fall in love with.
