Buffalo Milk Mozzarella

To offer you a special product, we place our trust in those who know this speciality inside out, and understand how to produce it at its best. Around 300 hectares of land cultivated for the production of forage, in order to feed over 1300 dairy buffaloes, and a 1500 sq. m. dairy, where the milk produced by the buffaloes is transformed into Campania Buffalo Milk Mozzarella DOP, with the safety of a production chain controlled throughout every phase, and healthy, certified raw ingredients.

A pure white colour, a smooth surface, an elastic consistency that slowly melts: these are unique characteristics that describe a truly special product.

Our Campania Buffalo Milk Mozzarella DOP, rich in calcium and with excellent sensory characteristics, has a distinctive yet delicate flavour, and an intense fragrance of lactic ferments when cut. You can also try it as Piaceri Italiani Campania Buffalo Mozzarella Balls, and enjoy it in all its simplicity in a typical Caprese salad, paired with tomato, basil, oil and pepper, or to top an excellent, unforgettable pizza.
