To offer you a special product, we place our trust in those who know this speciality inside out, and understand how to produce it at its best. Around 300 hectares of land cultivated for the production of forage, in order to feed over 1300 dairy buffaloes, and a 1500 sq. m. dairy, where the milk produced by the buffaloes is transformed into Campania Buffalo Milk Mozzarella DOP, with the safety of a production chain controlled throughout every phase, and healthy, certified raw ingredients.
Our Piaceri Italiani Buffalo Milk Mozzarella DOP is produced with full respect for the environment and the territory, thanks to our power plant generating alternative energy, which covers the energy use of the entire farm, in line with their sustainable agriculture in terms of the soil.
