The production facility for our Piaceri Italiani fresh egg pasta uses steam and energy produced by its internal cogeneration plant, allowing us to save 400 tonnes of CO2 per year, equivalent to the CO2 absorption of 11,000 trees or 270 fewer cars running for 10,000 km.
