Our Piaceri Italiani Sila Potatoes IGP are grown in the Calabrian highlands at an altitude of 1200 metres, where they are enriched with unique characteristics thanks to the potassium-rich soil, irrigation with spring water, and a microclimate with significant temperature fluctuations.
