You can enjoy our Piaceri Italiani Cheese Focaccia as it is or by adding your own personal touch to create tantalising new recipes. You can enrich it by adding prosciutto and cherry tomatoes, bresaola, rocket and flakes of parmesan, or as a sweet dish, paired with jam or slices of orange with a sprinkling of dark chocolate. Our Chickpea Farinata is perfect on its own, or, if you like more intense flavours, it is ideal with rosemary, sausage, slices of spring onion, or even with fresh stracchino cheese added after cooking, with fresh artichokes, prosciutto or chunks of gorgonzola.
