When producing our Speck, we use a unique method that combines the typical prosciutto ageing process adopted by Mediterranean countries, using air and salt, with the process more characteristic of northern and central European countries, where they use salt, spices, and smoke. Thanks to the combination of the two processes, our Piaceri Italiani Speck IGP acquires its unique, incomparable flavour.

Our Bresaola della Valtellina IGP, on the other hand, is made using a process that makes use of innovative modern facilities to reproduce traditional open-air ageing methods and resting phases, guaranteeing consistent quality.

The skilful addition of spices and herbs which are used to massage the meat during the salting process gives our Piaceri Italiani Bresaola its unmistakable flavour.

Delicious in combination, perfect on their own

Our Piaceri Italiani Speck IGP will surprise you with the flavour and scent of the Dolomites. The soft slices of Speck are delicious as they are, but they are also at their best used as a starter or as an ingredient in flavourful first courses. Accompany it with a light red wine, or with beer or apple juice if you want to immerse yourself in South Tyrolean tradition.

Our Piaceri Italiani Bresaola della Valtellina IGP is healthy, lean, and nutritious, low in calories and rich in fibre and protein. Its soft slices, with their delicate, lightly savoury taste, will give you all the freshness and delicious flavour of freshly sliced bresaola. Enjoy it as it is to fully savour the taste, or seasoned with oil, lemon and flakes of parmesan.
